| The coating is developed by Research institution of jiachang Co., Ltd. It is a new kind of protecting coating by sintering. There are two kinds of coating, which are inner coating and surface coating. Before using, the coating should be mixed and the surface of the rolleer should be cleoned. The thickness of the coating is about 0.25mm. Apply the surface coating two or three times after half an hour. The thickness of the surface coating is about 0.8mm. After coating put the roller onto the top of kilk to dry.Service temperature is from 9000¡æ to 1300¡æ .If cooling the used rlooer, the coating can easily be spalled. The roller can be repeated to use. |
